Welcome - I was looking for a way to send Free Online Greeting Cards and I found it! Please allow me to explain ... As a military officer I have made my share of moves over the years. Florida, California, Japan, back to Florida, New Orleans, Washington DC - all stops along the way. I had always looked for a way to keep my friends and family records in one place, so I could stay in touch with them. Trust me when you move as much as I do, keeping things organized is a priority. The cards that are available with this program are first class - equal in quality to what you will find in any card store. The kicker is that they are about one third the price. I can sit from my computer - or any computer for that matter, and send a card to someone I care about. The process from start to finish might take me 3 minutes. Heck, I cannot even find the greeting card isle in 3 minutes, let alone have a card sent! The contact manager within Send Out Cards is extremely functional. I can group people any way I want, by category, shoe size, or family relation. I can manage a family tree and add a spouse, kids, all under the primary contact. The system allows me to track birthdays, anniversaries, and sends me nice reminders when someone is getting ready to celebrate. The support - I am no rocket surgeon, and many times have been called a simple man. From time to time, I have had a question about how to do something, or how to use a new service like Picture Plus. When I call the customer support line, I have always found a happy, friendly, individual on the other end whose first language happens to be English - no offense intended. In today's world where the initial customer contact is routed through the Phillipines or India, it is nice to know the Send Out Cards company values American workers who have always. in my experience, performed extremely well. When I discovered that if I told someone about this product, and they decided to try it, I could get a $120 thank you - I was sold! Think about it, everyone needs greeting cards, and most people now have access to a computer. When I began to learn about all the tools that Send Out Cards provides, and how easy it was for me to show people how to become a sender of cards, I was floored. I have a need to send cards at the wholesale pricing level, so when I saw that joining at the entrepreneur level was only slightly more, and allowed me to share this idea, I could not join fast enough. Even if you have no interest in building this as a business, I encourage you to think about the opportunity to make back the cost of your cards. Inside the Contact Manager - This shot shows you some of the functionality of the contact management system. You can create groups, then manage people, and send cards to one or as many as 500. The program is smart so it can be confirured to address each person by their first name, but contain the same message - great for the Holidays. When I call someone, I open my contact manager and take notes about what was said, kid's interests, special events coming up. The Action Log keeps all the cards (text and all) in a historical file, so if I have sent a card to someone, I know about it, and I can see exactly what was sent out. This is great for quotes, or remembering details of past conversations, or events. |
Campaigns - This feature was designed for the extremely busy and or lazy individual. Please allow me to explain. Let's say I have someone I want to send a birthday card to for the next five years. I could sit down at my computer and pick out 5 cards, and add them to a campaign. I could write the text for each card, and tell the system to automatically send each card 4 days before my friend's birthday. Is that cool or what? I can litterally sit down for about 10 minutes, and build a program that will get you a card for the next 5 years - and I use that just as an example, you can go out as far as you want. This feature is also great if you are in business, and run seasonal specials like landscaping, or pool servicing. As a landscaper for example, you could decide to send out a Fall reminder card, or a special promotion, with a specific call to action.
